@ankara-- I had a similar accident sometime back. There is an eyelash repair gel at the pharmacy that actually helps eyelashes grow back. It doesn't cost much at all but you have to be consistent with it and give it several months.

It used it every night for about two months before I saw new eyelashes, but it was worth it. I think you should give it a try.

@ankara-- Did you use the eyelash curler after you applied mascara? That can cause eyelashes to get damaged, fall and lose their shape. Eyelash curlers are to be used before mascara and they require very little pressure to work. You have to remember to be very gentle with eyelashes.

At this point, the best thing to do is to avoid all eyelash products for a while until your eyelashes go back to normal. You can apply a drop or two of castor oil or almond oil to nourish them and encourage them to reshape.

Whatever you do, don't play with your eyelashes, don't scrub them and don't pull on them. They will repair themselves with time.

I bought a new eyelash curler last week and it ruined my lashes! I used it only twice and it not only made me lose several eyelashes on each eye, but it curled my lashes too harshly. They won't go back to their regular shape. I feel like I ruined them! What should I do?
